Featured Pain Art: “Screaming for Help”

The water pitcher has my face screaming for someone to help me while everything else looks normal.

I have ruptured discs, degenerative disc disease and degenerative bone disease. I’m only 46. No one except people with chronic pain can understand the suffering it brings.
