Featured Pain Art: “Weight of the World”

The day-to-day feeling of trying to stay above a pile of meds while what feels like the weight of the world is bringing you down.

Unable to speak and feeling like your legs are noodles and feet are cinder blocks.

The ice pick in the back is obvious representation of the constant feeling of sharp piercing back pain.

Man, I can certainly relate to that one. Art, poetry and creative prose help to express the dilemma and horror of living with pain. NIce piece. It should resonate with many of us. Thanks for descending into it and sharing your art. We need more and more and more creativity to get inside a problem that many of us find few words to describe.
