Back pain can be frustrating and hard to deal with, and then when you feel like your discs are compressed, your spine can feel even worse. It’s very easy to use this table, and only requires the use of a spotter the first couple of times. By reading inversion tables and trying a few before making a final choice, you will be able to decide based on how each one makes you feel. Once you are used to the motion and the balancing technique, this will be something that you can do on your own at any time. When your feet are in place, begin to swing back and forth and side to side for a period of five minutes.

Remember that the most expensive is not always the best. Just because you spent $400 on the most expensive table does not mean that you will get a better feeling than you could from the $80 table. This is where reading different use tables and trying out different ones will let you know what works best for your personal situation.
